DAY 1: HA NOI - HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT - SURPRISING CAVE - TITOP ISLAND (L/D)

Morning:

08:15-08:45 - Hotel Pick Up
- Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from various hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter
- Transportation from Hanoi to Ha Long available if guest request with charge: 
- Shuttle Bus: 25 US$/ 2 way / person
- Limousine: 30 US$ / 2 way / person

10:30-10:45 - Short Break
We have a stop for 20 minutes – then continue heading to Ha Long city

12:30 - Boarding the Cruise - Check in Time.
- The bus will arrive at Halong International Port, reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be awaiting your arrival with a big smile. 
- Welcome drink will be served while the captain introduces the cruise briefing and instruction.

Afternoon:

Lunch on Board
Have lunch with a variety of dishes including traditional Vietnamese Food.

Explore Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave)
Stop at Bo Hon Island. Our tour guide will take you to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. (For other tourists who can’t walk much, you can stay on cruise)

Titop Island: Swimming - Hiking
Stop at Titop Island, you can climb halfway up the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. Looking down from high above gives you a wonderful sensation; at the same time offers you a spectacular view of every corner of the bay. Otherwise, for the second option you can lay on the little white sand beach, go for a swim, or just stay on the boat and relax in Ha Long Bay.

Sunset break (Sunset cocktail, snacks, fruits)
Complimentary: “Ha Long Sunset” cocktail with snacks.
Learn the history of a traditional Vietnamese dish that is most famous. From the fresh ingredients, to the preparation method, and then have a try at making them yourselves.

Evening: 
- Enjoy an unforgettable evening experience with Dinner on the cruise. 
- Do not miss out on some activities on board such as: Board Games, Card, Karaoke, squid fishing

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY - DARK AND BRIGHT CAVE - THREE PEACHES BEACHES (B/L/D)
Things to do: Kayaking, Swimming, Tai Chi, Romantic Dinning

Morning:
06:30 - Taichi Class
Start the morning with Taichi session! 

07:00 - Breakfast
Full your energy with breakfast on board. Coffee. Tea, and pastries are served in restaurants. In addition, we also serve extra bread, eggs and fruits (Applied to guests staying 2 nights on board)

08:30 - Transfer to a Day Cruise to go deeper into the Bay 
Pack lightly (swimwear, a set of clothes, sunscreen…). As there will be different activities during the Bay.

10:30 - Transfer to Lan Ha bay which is formed by the archipelago Cat Ba island. Stop at Dark and Bright caves area for kayaking in an hour and a half 

11:30 - Lunch will be served on boat

12:30 - Move to Ba Trai Dao beaches (Three Peaches Beaches) for swimming in the crystal water and on a beautiful white sandy beach for an hour and fifteen minutes.

13:30 - Boat return to HaLong bay to explore more land-scape 

14:30 - Visit Tung Sau Pearl Farm which is the most famous pearl farm in Halong Bay and also a tourist attraction where tourists can visit and learn the whole process of producing pearls and pearl products: from the first step to harvesting the pearls. The village is located in a small area surrounded by many limestone islands and owned by Halong Pearl Joint Stock Company.

15:30 - Back to the boat and transfer to the overnight cruises at Titop area. Bid farewell the day boat crew

- Back to Arcady Boutique Cruise for relaxing time and enjoy the sunset.

- The Dinner is where you'll find friends and family come together with plates of food and wine and finish with memories that last a lifetime.

DAY 3: LUON  CAVE - HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT - HANOI (LB/ BR)
Things to do: Tai Chi, Kayaking

Morning:
The morning was beautiful! Favorite time of day starts with the color of this most captivating sunrise. A halo of Blue of the Sea, White of the Cloud and Red of the Sun.

06:45 -  Light Breakfast
Full your energy with a light breakfast on board. Coffee. Tea, and pastries are served in restaurants.

07:45 -  Kayaking to explore Luon Cave
Although Luon Cave is not as large as other caves in Halong Bay, it has been formed for millions of years thanks to the impact of sea wind and water. The effects of the tide, along with the water flow, gradually erode the foot of the limestone mountain and leave a big natural tunnel there. This is the Luon Cave that we can see nowadays. We have time for kayaking at Luon Cave.

09:15 - Check Out Time.
Back the Arcady Boutique Cruise for the check-out process! Start cruising towards the Port. 

09:45 - Brunch and Relax
Have an International Buffet Brunch served in the Dining Room during the Cruise heads back to Halong International Port!

10:45 - Disembark
We dock at the harbor, get back onto the buses and cruise down the high-speed highway. A quick stop halfway, and back to Hanoi

14:30 - Hotel Drop
We thank you for giving Arcady Boutique Cruise the chance to deliver you a once in a lifetime experience. The tour guide will deliver you to the front door of the hotel of your choice in the Old Quarter.

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation for FIT bookings (Under 5 cabins)
• More than 14 days prior to actual arrival will be Free of Charge
• 7- 14 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 30% on the total booking value
• 4 -7 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 50% on the total booking value
• 72 hours prior to actual arrival will be charged at 100% on the total booking value

Cancellation for GIT bookings (From 6 cabin up)

• More than 21 days prior to actual arrival will be Free of Charge
• 14-21 days prior to actual arrival will be charge 50% on the total booking value
• No-Show or 0-14 days prior to actual arrival will be charge 100% on the total booking value

Cancellation due to Bad – Weather

• If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied
• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip will be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged as 2 days/ 1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
